Welcome to this open-level pay-what-you-can sensual pole dance pop-up class (say it twice fast) exclusively for Sex Workers, avec or sans heels. All proceeds will be donated to SWOP Ambassadors, a grassroots feminist organisation by and for sex workers.

We’ll open our practice with some intentional breathwork, and warm-up integrating some of my favourite exercises to build lines. After pole conditioning we’ll explore some sensual movement, including floorwork and polework, with progressions and regressions, each to their own ability.
