Introduction
Instruction de Pôle is a beginner pole dance instructor course designed by A.T., a world-class Gymbox Instructor who has trained with FKA Twigs, and an alumnus of the 2023 XPERT Pole Fitness Training Level 1 & 2 course for beginner and intermediate instructors. While this course has no formal accreditation, it is consciously designed in line with industry best practices, drawing on the latest research on pole injury prevention.

Outcomes
Upon completion of the training the following skills will have been covered and participants should have the following knowledge and competencies.
Proper pole setup and safety procedures
Introduction to beginner and intermediate pole dance & fitness techniques
Understand how exercise science applies to a pole dance workout, and how to safely teach
Able to instruct a basic pole dance & fitness class
Comfortable designing and choreographing a pole dance & fitness class
Able to offer adjustments and provide safe spotting for students
