Welcome to this open-level pay-what-you-can pole dance pop-up class (say it twice fast), avec or sans heels. All proceeds will be donated to the Trans & Queer Fund KE.

We’ll open our practice with some intentional breathwork, and warm-up integrating some bottom-friendly exercises. After conditioning we’ll explore some playful beginner movement, with progressions and regressions, each to their own ability.
